What is the purpose of the library’s window display space?
Richmond Public Library’s window display is a place for registered, non-profit service organizations to share information about their community-based services.
Who can apply for the window display, and is there a fee?
Preference is given to Richmond based organizations and there is no cost.
How are window display applications scheduled, and how long can my organization display?
Applications are approved on a first come, first served basis. The maximum allotted time any organization can reserve the window display is 1 month, up to twice per year.
How far in advance can I book a window display, and can my request be declined?
We are only accepting bookings up to a year in advance. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests but the library reserves the right to decline or cancel requests.
